Contract for the design phase of an upscale, two hundred fifty unit condominium golf course development on Galveston’s Pirates Beach. Achieved greater density without compromising client’s design goals, thereby enhancing profitability of project. Developed interior design of typical units such that each had a unique, unobstructed view and complete visual privacy from adjacent units. Most work done from my home office with periodic progress/planning meetings in Galveston.
